Quench Coatings
In today’s competitive marketplace, companies seek new, cost-effective methods to improve their manufacturing processes and, ultimately, their final product. Innovations in water-based coatings are providing low-cost and eco-friendly options that protect heat-treated metal products and result in an aesthetic finishing coat, increasing their product’s appeal to end users. Wearwell Launches ErgoDeck WHITE Floor Tiles
ErgoDeck WHITEWearwell® has expanded the ErgoDeck family with the recent launch of ErgoDeck WHITE. These ergonomic floor tiles are designed for "body in white" applications where metal forms are painted and inspected. ErgoDeck WHITE reflects light rather than absorbing it. Because light bounces off the tiles, it highlights blemishes in paint. ErgoDeck WHITE is a silicone-free, SOFT, 68 durometer compound ideal for large and custom-sized areas. The super-sized, 18" x 18" tiles quickly assemble and securely connect to create "a floor above a floor" and increase worker comfort and productivity. For more information, visit www.wearwell.com .
