Spray Finishing Technology Workshop

DeVilbiss, Binks, ITW Industrial Finishing, and the Forest and Wood Products Institute at Mount Wachusett Community College (MWCC) have teamed up to present a Spray Finishing Technology Workshop at the colleges' Robert D. Wetmore Technology Center. Classes for this three-day intensive training program will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily and include both classroom and hands-on spray booth instruction. All attendees will be awarded 19.5 professional development points (PDPs) or contact hours and a MWCC certificate of completion.

Attendees should be involved with industrial, contractor, or maintenance spray finishing applications, or spray equipment sales and distribution.

Topics for the Spray Finishing Technology Workshop include:
  • Equipment types and selection
  • Equipment set-up, operation, and maintenance
  • Surface preparation and defect analysis
  • Material selection
  • Safety and regulatory concerns
